Determine whether you're enrolling in the daycare program or the Before and After School (BAS) program. Each program may have different requirements and availability, so choose the one that best suits your needs. View our programs.

2. Download the Enrollment Form

Ensure you're downloading the correct form for the program type you've selected. You may also visit us and get the form directly.
3. Print the Form
Once you've downloaded the enrollment form, print it out using a printer or visit a local print shop if you don't have access to printing facilities at home.
4. Fill Out the Form
Carefully complete all sections of the enrollment form with accurate and up-to-date information. This includes personal details about your child, emergency contact information, medical history, and any specific instructions or preferences you have regarding your child's care. Make sure to attach all required documents or your form will not be accepted.
5. Submit the Form
After filling out the enrollment form, you have two options for submission:

Email Submission: Scan the completed form or take a clear photo of it, then email it to saddleridgedaycare@gmail.com. Make sure to include your child's name and the program type (daycare or BAS) in the subject line or body of the email.

In-Person Submission: Alternatively, you can submit the completed form in person by visiting Saddleridge Daycare during operating hours. A staff member will assist you with the submission process and may provide you with additional information or answer any questions you have about the enrollment process.

Confirmation: Once your enrollment form has been received and processed, you will typically receive a confirmation email or phone call from Saddleridge Daycare acknowledging your application. If there are no available spaces at our centre, we will add you to our waitlist. If there are any missing or incomplete sections on the form, you may be contacted to provide additional information or clarification.
By following these steps, you can successfully enroll your child in either the daycare or BAS program at Saddleridge Daycare, ensuring they receive quality care and support in a nurturing environment.
